Neuro Brain Health Institute will be collecting opt-in verbally from their patients. Patients can opt in to receive messages either in person at the physical location or over a phone call if they contact the business. When a patient is registered for the first time, staff will request the customer's phone number and ask if the patient would like to opt in to SMS-based notifications. Additionally, patients will be able to select SMS notifications within our practice software. Staff will read the following script: "By opting in, consent is given to receive messages from Neuro Brain Health Institute. The types of messages that will be sent include patient care messages and account notification messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
